Hui Nalu Canoe Club is ready to welcome the 2025 paddling season!

Our canoes are getting some much needed attention, and we have purchased two unlimited boats that can be used singly or as a double hull. If rigged as a double-hull it is not to be beyond the #4 pole.

Registration is open and the coaching staff is set. Information about coaches and practice schedules are listed on our website: huinalu.org under “calendar”. Practices officially start on March 31st.

As a reminder, dues are owed at the time of registration. If you have not done so please take care of this. Payment can be made online on our website or by check mailed to Hui Nalu Canoe Club P.O. Box 26342, Honolulu, HI  96825.

F45 - Team training that will change your life.

Hui Nalu has enjoyed a wonderful affiliation with F45 Training in Hawai'i Kai for many years helping our members train not just for paddling but for life.

F45 represents Functional training done in 45 minutes. Personal Trainers are available to help you along the way with HIIT and circuit training for all levels and experience. Many of our members are already training there. If you aren't, come join them and check it out!
