Off Season Paddling
Your membership includes participation in OSP. Seasons Covered: January, February, March, and October, November, December.
- New, first-time paddlers are welcome on the 2nd and 4th Fridays of the month.
- Required Action: Waivers must be signed online and dues paid before participating.
- Equipment: A limited supply of paddles is available for use.
Regatta Season
Your membership includes participation in the competitive paddling season, which focuses on the following timeline:
- Practice Start Date: Practices for the main season begin March 30th.
- Eligibility: Participation is open to members ages 9 through adult only.
- Regatta Racing Season: The official racing season starts in June and concludes with the HCRA State Championships on the first Saturday in August.
Distance Season
Your membership includes participation in the distance program.
- Eligibility: Open to members ages 15 and older.
- Program Dates: August through October.
- Note on Transfers: If you are transferring from another club into this distance paddling program, you must submit a new waiver and pay the separate distance dues.
- Program Fee:
- Adult (18+): $195
- Youth (15–17): $145

Membership
For your new membership, please submit the following:
- Proof of Identity: An uploaded image of one government-issued ID (Driver’s License, Passport, or Birth Certificate for minors/keiki).
- Paddler Photo: A current headshot for your Paddler ID. Photos must be clear and meet these requirements: no sunglasses and no hats.
Registration for the following programs is now CLOSED:
- Men Novice B (Waitlist only as of 03/17/26)
- Men 65/70 (Waitlist only as of 03/27/26)
- Women Novice A (Waitlist only as of 02/26/26)
- Women 55/60/65 (Waitlist only as of 03/28/26)
- Girls 11-12 (Waitlist only as of 03/28/26)
- Girls 13-14 (Waitlist only as of 03/28/26)
Annual Membership Fees: All fees are subject to an additional transaction fee.
- Adult Membership: $275
- Youth Membership: $225
Family Registration Discount Program:
To qualify for these discounts, multiple family members must be registered and paid for in a single online credit card transaction AFTER each paddler is registered (online form).
Action Required to Get the Discount:
Again, to ensure the discounts are applied automatically, every paddler must create their individual Member Profile first before the primary member attempts to complete the payment transaction.
