The HCRA State Championship will be held at Canoe Beach at Ka`anapali on Saturday, Aug 2, 2025.

We have secured a room block of 30 rooms for Hui Nalu Canoe Club Members at the Hyatt Regency Maui for the HCRA States weekend August 1 - 3, 2025.

Room types: 1 King or 2 Double Beds (first-come, first-served).

Please book your rooms as soon as possible, as availability is limited.

Hui Nalu members are able to make, modify and cancel their hotel reservations online, as well as take advantage of any room upgrades, amenities or other services offered by the hotel via the below website.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The web address shown above is for Hui Nalu Members only and ensures access to the room block rate. This link takes guests directly to hyatt.com where guests can easily make their room reservations over Hui Naluʻs contracted room block dates.

Please keep in mind a key item:

The cut-off date is on July 1st, 2025. Reservation requests exceeding the number of rooms in initial room block allocation or made after the cutoff date will be based on availability at the Hotel’s prevailing rates. If they are not picked up by actual guaranteed reservations, the rooms will be released for general sale on the cut-off date.

Aloha Adventure Ohana has established a partnership with Southwest Airlines, offering direct inter-island roundtrip fares for approximately $130 ($65 one-way) on an Anytime Seat. This pricing includes flight taxes, fees, and a $10 non-refundable roundtrip booking fee per passenger ($5 per one-way), payable separately via Venmo to @alohaadventureohana.

This special rate is currently available through the end of 2025.

Booking process:

1. Complete Our Online Southwest Airlines Inquiry Form: https://alohaadventureohana.com/southwest-air/.

2. Receive Flight Details & Pricing

Upon receiving the form, we will provide a summary of available flights via text or email for review and confirmation.
Estimated fares: $65 one-way / $130 roundtrip, inclusive of taxes, fees, and our booking fee (subject to change based on availability).
The non-refundable booking fee is $5 per one-way trip ($10 roundtrip) per passenger, payable separately via Venmo.
We can book up to 9 passengers per reservation, with no limit on the number of reservations, as long as Anytime Seats are available. Larger groups will be accommodated with multiple bookings as needed. 3. Payment Process

Once flight details are confirmed, we will schedule a call to securely process payment over the phone.
For security reasons, we do not store any payment information; details are entered directly into the system during the call.

4. Final Confirmation & Booking Fee Payment

A text confirmation will be sent upon booking.
Once the details are reviewed and verified, customers can submit the Venmo booking fee to @alohaadventureohana.
Alternative payment options for the booking fee are available upon request.
The final confirmation will be emailed once the booking fee is received.
